Since the Nissan SUV car was not available in India, Salman Khan had to import it from Dubai, incurring additional costs. This marks the second bulletproof vehicle he has brought from Dubai. The decision to invest in this bulletproof SUV car comes in the wake of serious threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. He has been targeting Salman Khan for quite some time. The animosity stems from a past incident in which Salman was convicted for the killing of a blackbuck, a deer considered sacred by the Bishnoi community. It was an incident reported during the shoot of Hum Saath Saath Hain in 1999.
